The PTO welcomes grant requests from November 1 through May 1 of the current school year. CBMS team requests may be submitted at any time. To apply, simply email the PTO using the contact button below.

The PTO Grants Committee reviews all submissions and makes funding recommendations to the full PTO. Anyone in the CBMS community is welcome to participate in these review meetings. Final allocation decisions are made by vote during a regular PTO meeting, and all staff and parents in attendance are eligible to vote. Requesters will be notified of the PTO’s decision within one week of the final vote.

 

Approved grant funds will be distributed once a bill or invoice is received and must be used within the current school year.
