The PTO invites grant requests from November 1st through May 1st of the current school year and CBMS team requests are accepted at any time. All requesters must email the PTO found at the button below.

 

The PTO Grants Committee will meet to review the requests and make allocation recommendations to the full PTO.  Anyone interested may participate in application review meetings. Allocation decisions will be made by a vote at a full PTO meeting and all staff or parents attending this meeting may vote. The PTO will send notification of its decision to all requesters within one week of final decision.

 

Grant recipients will receive funds at the time a bill is received and must be paid out during the current school year.
